I will never shop here again... I placed a large order online a couple of weeks ago and received everything but two dresses. It is evident that whoever was packing my order innocently missed them. However, when I contact customer service requesting them to send me the dresses which they had no problems charging me for, they apparently "looked into it" — god know whatever that means — and told me to take it up with the bank.
Ladies, please save your dollars for someone else and do not buy anything from these guys online because should anything go wrong, they won't even bother with you. Better yet, don't support then by purchasing anywhere — online or in-store.

I agree with the previous review. I have been a customer for over 10 years, a package got lost when being returned to them. They did not do anything, even though the shipping company told them they should open a claim. Took too long to get back to me on what they will do (over 1.5 months) and it was too late for me to open a credit card claim. Lost + $300.
And the time after that, they shipped me my one order twice and charged me twice, even though it was their fault, they were making me go in store during Covid to return.
Never shopping here again.
I shopped at Dynamite for a long while, since 2014 and spent a lot over time. I really liked the styles they offered and the quality wasn’t too bad so I stuck with them for a while. Until winter 2021 my experiences were generally good.
I moved from Toronto to Vancouver and wanted to order some jeans, changed address on the app but for whatever reason when the order went through it showed to go to my Toronto address.
I called and emailed them right away asking to change it or cancel the order, was told that they cannot cancel it once it was created and I should contact Canada post when they create a label. I was concerned cause it didn’t make sense why my order cannot be canceled when they literally haven’t started working on it yet. Anyway, of course when I called Canada post I was told that only Dynamite rep can make changes to the shipping info.
I called Dynamite a few times, getting a different answer each time, one rep hung up on me even though I was never rude or disrespectful cause I understand there’s a company policy they follow.. it just seemed like they don’t know what the policy is so they keep telling me different things.
Anyways, my order ended up coming to my old address, and I had to ask my old landlord to write “return to the sender” on the package as instructed by last Dynamite rep.. Only the postman never picked it up. So I called again for the millions time asking what exactly I’m supposed to do now, and they finally told me to ask someone at the location to ship it back to them. I asked who will cover the shipping expenses and there was silence.
Anyway, I had my friend ship it to me and ate the cost, but this ruined my experience with this company completely. All of this could have been prevented if they’d simply cancel my order on the same day it was placed or went and changed the address.
I was a loyal customer for years but I’m not giving them my money again. Reading other reviews online only proves my point, their customer service is horrible. Also I noticed they tried to up their prices not so long ago, it’s funny how you can order similar quality clothes from h and m and they make sure you have the best experience, or you go to Arizia if you want to splurge and their customer service is top notch. Buy here at your own risk, messed up how this company operates.
I really like dynamite. However, I ordered a dress a month ago and i got an email saying the dress was sold out. Was given a 10% discount for nxt order. I tried using the code but it wasn’t working. Again, for the second time, I ordered the same dress a month after, it was on the inventory meaning, they have the product that’s why they are selling it online, but after putting the order through, got an email again that it’s sold out. Of course, got a discount code to use for nxt order ( haven’t tried it, if it does work). How frustrating this is. Pls, update your inventory and take out all sold out items.
I went to return my stuff that I bought with cash! ($50) And when I went to the counter a lady didn't greet me and I had purchased an item with cash she was trying to give me a gift card instead of cash which I didn't want it. As these happened she didn't even care to apologize after she wasted my time. I will never go shop again to the specific location in Midtown Plaza Saskatoon, SK! If you think this is the type of customer service you aim for I feel( personal opinion it is going to badly affect business) Thank you
(First time ever running into this issue with online orders, and I have bought from Dynamite previously.) I bought a couple of items online, receiving 2/4 items defective. I reach out to customer service, they tell me to email them pictures of the defective items so I do. Afterwards I haven't heard from them in 5 days, so I was getting a little concerned as they hadn't list how many business days it would take to get a response on email. So I call them back and the lady goes to take a look and sees the pilling of the pants front and backside along with the belt that has a couple of dents on them. She proceeds to tell me that they can probably do something about the pants but not the belt as it is only minor. She even said to me "you can't fix this?" I mean I wouldn't be seeking help for the items if it were the case. Sure the pants came a little wrinkled ok fine, and the pilling I could probably use something to remove but there were large areas of pilling from both sides of the pants when I received them I don't think anyone wants to receive a product they bought defected and without any notice. The lady told me she could only offer me a 10% off coupon and a refund of what I paid after I return the items. Though after reading the other reviews it seems that the company does a poor job of respecting full refunds.
This whole company is a mess. I have no idea what goes on in the background but it needs work. Talking to customer service, you will get a different answer from every agent. Emails aren't sent out for order confirmations, shipment confirmation and returns. Or in my case, you don't even get your refund.
A few weeks ago, I had mailed back my order. I did not receive any emails about the order. It just showed up in my mailbox. When I went to return a few items via post, I also didn't get an email confirming my return. Only when I logged into my Dynamite account, it said that I had been refunded. A week goes by, I still don't have my refund. I called customer service and was told I'd get a call back. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't received a call.
They have raised their prices but their quality has stayed the same which is cheap Aritzia knock offs.
I returned a couple of items that were received at their warehouse (confirmed via tracking number). 14 business days later I contacted customer service via email because I still hadn't received a refund. I was told my response would be sent to the finance team and that it could take up to 10 business days to hear back. Well, here I am 10 days later and no response. I called the company to ask about it and all they said is that the manager is looking into it and it could take 3 weeks. I've never experienced something like this with any other company. It's absolutely ridiculous. They can see that they received my items (tracking number doesn't lie) so they need to just return my money. Won't be shopping here ever again.
I placed an order with quite a number of items, and generally liked the clothing, though I found everything ran a bit small. The issue came when I went to return two items each costing $20 but I only received back 29.22 back and then an additional bit of sales tax. This made no sense to me as before tax my return should've been $40 so I was still out $10.78 before taxes. I emailed customer service multiple times about this and they never responded to me, I feel like they took my money and ran with it, so I had to escalate the issue with Paypal to get my money back. Overall while the clothing is nice the customer service I received, or rather didn't receive, was awful and I wouldn't recommend shopping with them.

VERY difficult. You will wait 20 min to get someone on the phone, and in most cases, no one can help you, you will be place on hold for another 20 minutes only to give you a ticket number and no one will call you back.
